oUR MISSION sTATEMENT:
The goal of the North Star Youth Outreach is to encourage and strengthen a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in the students and families of the North Star area. Empowered by the Lord, we seek to help them:
- integrate the life of faith revealed in the Scriptures into all areas of life;
- develop wholesome relationships with the Lord, other people and themselves;
- become regularly involved in a local church.
opportunities for involvement:
Fellowship of Christian Athletes Breakfast: Student-athletes are challenged to explore how to integrate faith and athletics. FCA meets on alternate Wednesday mornings before school throughout the academic year.
Bible Studies: Opportunities for guys/girls to interact meaningfully with the Scriptures
5th Quarter: High school students are invited to hang out at our Center St. building following Friday night athletic events.
Special Events have included some NSYO traditions: Mission Trips, Senior Trip, Summer Sports Camp, and more!
